I’m Rose. A couturier, personal coach and sexologist, I know… It’s an unexpected combination. lol
But here’s what I know to be true. The way a woman dresses is never just about clothes. It’s about how she sees herself. How she walks into a room. How she feels in her own skin.
I’ve spent years combining intuition and craftsmanship to create garments that do something most dresses never do. They reflect the woman wearing them from the inside out.
To me you are not a set of measurements. You are a story, an essence, a woman in the middle of her own evolution. And I am here to honour that.
My work goes beyond the fitting room. Through coaching I help women explore the deeper parts of themselves so that what they wear becomes a true expression of who they are.
For me the perfect fit was never just about the clothes.
It was always about alignment within.
When your inner and outer world come together — that is where the magic lives.
I have always known that what we wear is never just about clothes.
It is about who we are. How we see ourselves. How we show up in the world.
From the time I was a little girl I felt the stirring of something deep within me. A knowing. An intuition. A sense that my inner world was rich and full and real — even when I hadn’t yet found the words or the courage to express it.
Fashion became my language.
It started with my mother’s vintage clothing — redesigning, altering, reimagining. At eighteen I followed that calling to RMIT Brunswick and never looked back. What I discovered along the way changed everything. When I felt truly myself in what I wore something extraordinary happened. I let go. I became her. The woman I always was on the inside.
That discovery became my life’s work.
I have always been fascinated by human behaviour. Why do we wear what we wear? Why do some women shrink in certain clothes and soar in others? What is the connection between how we dress and how we feel about ourselves at the deepest level?
These questions led me to study life coaching, receiving my diploma in 2017. Because I knew that true style could never be separated from the inner world of the woman wearing it. Limiting beliefs don’t just affect how we think. They affect how we dress, how we move, how we allow ourselves to be seen.
And then came the most profound discovery of all.
I began exploring the connection between a woman’s sexuality and her self expression. This led me to my postgraduate certificate in Sexology in 2022. It has been the most transformative chapter of my career. Your sexual energy is your creative energy. When a woman is disconnected from that part of herself it shows up everywhere, including in how she dresses and how she feels in her own skin.
Today the Rose Panza brand stands for one thing.
True self expression.
A harmony between mind, body and soul where your outward expression becomes a living translation of your inner being.
