Getting to know your true self is the first step and lays the foundation to truly discovering your unique clothing style. Once you tap into your true self, your whole self-expression will shift. - Increases self-awareness.
Have you ever felt uncomfortable with your clothing style? Do you look in the mirror and say, “I really hate what I’m wearing.” But don’t know what suits you? Learning how to become present increases self-awareness and increasing self-awareness you gain the skill to access a neutral state of mind. Being in a neutral state is fundamental when discovering your true style. Increasing self-awareness and having the ability to tap into presence will be your “go to” tool when going shopping. A present mind will reveal things as they are. Wouldn’t this be a handy tool?? So, which bestie will you be going shopping with now? - Your clothing is a translation of you.
We’ve all heard the saying, “wear your dress, don’t allow your dress to wear you!” This is all about presence and really understanding yourself. This is where the experimental fun really begins throughout your coaching journey. Through self-awareness you can understand what you really like? Have you ever saw an item of clothing in a shop window that you madly fell in love with only to find yourself saying, “I could never pull that off!” Never say that again as through the coaching process you will learn how to translate yourself through the empowerment of clothing. When you love and accept yourself unconditionally your clothing will become an extension of you. - Gain a true confidence.
So, you are your own bestie with increased awareness and your clothing is a translation of you, as a natural consequence you will be introduced to your newly found confidence. Your true confidence. Your grace. Step in and own your confidence from a place of love. - Tap into your sexuality.
It’s time to delve a little deeper. It’s time to tap into your sexuality and truly own it. Sexuality is still a taboo subject for a major part of society but without understanding our sexual self we cannot completely know ourselves nor our self-expression. I say it’s the overturned link to many women. Once you accept your sexual self it allows YOUR femininity to rise. Each person is unique. Own YOUR empowerment. - You are BEAUTIFUL. No-one does “Beautiful” like you!
You are who you desired to be, and self-expression has become a natural flow. You are beautiful inside and express all your beautiful qualities outwardly with ease. You know exactly what to wear when you’re feeling a little down that will lift your spirits from a place of love. Just like you know exactly what resonates with you when your desire is to impress. You always have plenty to wear even with a limited wardrobe. Clothing becomes an invest of self. Clothing becomes your voice without saying a word. You truly can say that you love, honour and accept yourself, every cell.
