Allow me to hold space for you during One-on-one life coaching, focusing on self-expression and breaking down barriers that may be holding you back. Your old beliefs can impact your style, self-expression and what you project to the world.
Increase self-awareness, gain clarity, and let go. Listen to your body while attuning to self-love. This is a unique approach to revealing your inner-self and your integrated style.
I work inwardly with you to express your true self outwardly. When you can say, “I truly love myself and embrace every cell of my being,” you vibrate at a frequency that is pure joy and gratitude. Your world improves dramatically and you are in flow.
Through my own experience, I found that one hour sessions were helpful however I often felt that I was extremely close to a breakthrough at 55min and wanted to continue, that is why I offer 1.5 hr sessions to allow for that possible breakthrough and avoid the session from feeling incomplete.
Sessions are $160 for a single 1.5hr session. 5 x 1.5hr session package $750. 10 x 1.5hr session package $1480.
Love YOU
The “Love You” coaching journey helps you discover your inner light. You’ll be guided to a place of self-love, unlocking your capabilities and connecting with gratitude. This is where the magic begins. Love attracts love. When you love yourself completely, your outside world will respond in positive ways.
